Our online intake only works on desktop computers. It is does not work on mobile phones. We hope to offfer this option in the future.
For cases involving government benefits or loss of housing other than foreclosure (most problems in these categories), you can complete an online application. We will review your application and if you appear to be eligible for our services, we will offer to call you between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
If you have a different legal issue, you can still use the online application to begin your intake process, but will have to call the CLEAR Hotline to finish the process. We will not call you. Filling out the application online will speed up the intake process when you call. Watch the short video below for details.
